Negatives:
WE WERE STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR FOR OVER 15 MINUTES. Once they realized after our ringing the alarm continuously, someone came and opened the door and said, oh yes, they have been having trouble with that elevator. Seems to me... it should have been marked. Also, the A/C wouldn't cool off the room and was very warm over night.
The bathroom lighting was mood lighting... not conducive for a bathroom .

So convenient to Convention Center;...
Positives:
The air conditioner broke with a terrible sound at 3 AM and we at difficulty going back to sleep.
However the manager was terrific everyone was very apologetic and we were upgraded to a lovely suite..
