Negatives: No ice no pool no Wi-Fi No Ice - Ice Machine, did not work so you have to ask the front desk to give you 1 bucket only of ice. No Pool - was told pool was closed because waiting for a piece of equipment. No Wi-Fi - my Wi-Fi has a very weak signal. Manager Irene and certain staff needs to be replaced. PSS - families with children and pets living on premises. They are very rude. Dog poop never picked up by dog owners or staff. Shit all over the place. The room has bedbugs and/or Vermin. Motel 6 Pomona (1-10) Score -1

Positives: A lot of things before I realized they double changed for the room and refused to fix it.

Negatives: I didn't like the fact that I paid for it through booking.com. only to find out 3 days later the motel charged me as well. They refuse to do anything about it and ultimately hung up on me. I was forced to file a claim with my bank. They really weren't even good at playing dumb.
