Negatives: It was a little noisy - wear earplugs. Breakfast offerings were not fantastic.

Negatives: There was no microwave in the room

Negatives: I didn’t see anything I disliked. I will return again.

Negatives: TV reception not good. Strange. Maybe not cable so sound off. That was very annoying.

Negatives: The floor in my room smelled so bad and was sticky! It smelled of urine and pine sol, both of which made me gag. I could not get my window open to let fresh air in! My shoes stuck to floor and I reported this. I also noted that there was no snacks available and asked about them. I was told no, there was nothing. I asked where the warm chocolate chip cookies were, that they used to always have, along with a nice dispenser of cool water which often had fruit in it, like orange slices. Plus there used to be fresh fruit sitting out, alongside cookies. Further there was also candy bars, chips, nuts and a variety of vending machines. I was told they were gone and the staff "forgot" to make the cookies. Last but not least, there used to be a nice entry table with local newspaper, the Sacramento Bee. I know this location gets a lot of business being by Sac State, so surely you could afford these amenities,! Huge disappointments coming back here.

Negatives: Lumpy bed, thin walls, thin comforter, headboard not clean. Did not like milk used for cereal, did not like breakfast food choices

Negatives: The workings of the television, I couldn’t hook up my child’s DVD player without the volume being fully blasted and uncontrollable
