Staff bigotry against neurodivergence, DENIED check-in BUT charged >$500 nevertheless. I was walking on a (booted) broken foot, I don't drive because of a disability. During my stay I smoked OFF PREMISES initially, but manager came out to the sidewalk and TOLD me to smoke INSIDE the gated area. After my initial booking, I booked another week online but when I went down to the desk to sign, the same manager refused to honor the booking request. In fact I had to wait several hours in >100 degree heat for security to allow me to retrieve my luggage... I was STILL charged the MAJORITY of my social security disability money FOR THE MONTH!!!
