Location. Comfortable beds.
Negatives:
Reception staff very rude (one in particular not all) The bar/reception area seemed cold and unwelcoming. Poor design and uncomfortable. Plus the front door kept swinging open and letting the cold in.

Positives:
Friendly Staff. Their overnight parking was very reasonable by today's standard and included in & out privileges. Good food in the restaurant and a plethora of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Nothing to say here. The whole stay went very well.
