Staff was definitely not helpful and quite rude. There was a problem with electricity in the room, a lamp and charging station not working. Notified the staff and told it would be fixed, but nothing happened. Very annoying. Buffet breakfast is very limited and when I arrived most of the warm dishes were not there. I asked and was told to wait for them, at some point they would be ready. Of course, I didn't have the time to spend 1 hour for breakfast and just got a couple of cold items -- still full cost on it.

Front desk Staffs are unfriendly, and there are no toiletries such ad toothbrush , shower cap and slipper in the room, i requested for the toiletries but nobody send them to my room.

Our room was next to the reception hall where a wedding was taking place, the music was so loud we couldnt hear the movie we rented for $20, nor could we relax in our room. I called the front desk and asked them to move us, only to be told that the wedding was scheduled to end at 9 pm,in a couple of hours and there were no rooms to be moved to. On the other side of our room was the workout room, all night and morning the gym door would slam open and close, there was constant yelling or loud talking. I also had called the front desk to ask for a microwave, I was told I needed to pay a $25 delivery charge to get one placed in my room. In the morning, at the checkout desk I complained and was told, Sorry, nothing I can do about you being dissatisfied!

And then when we did get in a room it was a disaster on the patio with trash and a ladder waited a long time for another room and then we had asked for our room to be cleaned daily and it wasnt. Also in the patio glasses and dishes left everywhere and also always occupied by outside conventions as it seems always private events hugely dissatisfied
