Clean room
Negatives:
It only has 2 elevators starting from the front next to check-in and bar. So unless you have a room near those elevators, your screwed. It is a long hike to your room. The interior architecture is like a maze. A real drag.

Location. Cleanliness pool area and Lorenzo at reception was brilliant
Negatives:
We had a very noisy AC unit in the room which kept us awake most of the night. They did offer to move us at 2.30Am but we said we would put up with. Lorenzo at reception was very understanding

Room Was ok, Generally clean and had a view over the pool.
Negatives:
Hotel smelled of old smoke and cigarettes. Worst part was breakfast where we had ordered a fruit salad - it arrived with a thump on the table - at the same time insects flew around the bowl - waiter then put his hand in the bowl and shewed the insects away expecting this to be ok? We complained at reception on check out - but would never risk food in there again.

First impressions were ok - if a little dated - we were happy - but the food experience scared us!
Positives:
The location was perfect. I loved that I could check in, get my key, access parking and check out using the Hilton app. That was fantastic.
Negatives:
I had a very long walk to get to my room, so the layout of the building isnt ideal. Plus, I had decided to cancel my reservation and asked for a waiver of the fee and was denied , twice. Not great.
