Rancho Bernardo Inn

Negatives: I changed my room the first night because they gave me a noisy room next to the service road and driving range, even though I wrote a request for a VERY QUIET ROOM on my reservation request. The second night, a Wedding Rehearsal Dinner was held on the patio area directly in front of my room, ROOM 209. This loud party of hundreds of people getting drunker and loader as the night went on, lasted from 5:30 pm until 12 pm. The 3rd night of my stay, the RANCHO BERNARDO INN had their DIVE IN MOVIE, with the volume SO LOUD that I could hear it inside my room with all the windows closed. I complained to the Guest Relations, as did several other guests. That night, at 1 AM, a group of 4 drunk party animals from one of your hosted wedding parties sat outside on the balcony above mine talking at top volume, unaware of anyone else who might be sleeping. I had to ask them to lower their voices, which they responded to in a very drunk, belligerent way. Your having these huge wedding events and then ignoring the other guests desires for a quiet time at Rancho Bernardo Inn shows you only care about making money from large wedding parties and you do not respect what effects that has on other guests on the property.

Negatives: Parking was a challenge. Both days it took circling for a long time until someone left.They didn't start setting up the dive in movie until a couple minutes before it started so we had to move to see the screen & played a different movie than advertised.
