I liked the staff. They were friendly and very helpful. Everyrhing was easy. It wasn't too loud.

The locstion i guess couldn't be belped but was a bit of distsnce to walk to fashion valley and the train station.

Maintenance guy came to “fix” the sink, took the pipes apart, set our trash can underneath and then disappeared without warning leaving his tools behind. He never came back.
Older lady at reception was extremely rude and unprofessional. The other girls were kind and accommodating.

Location was great! Good parking and the staff were really nice!

The rooms feels a little old and not really well maintained, ie: chipped nightstand, usb ports not working and bathtub really yellow

I liked how warm the water was and how comfortable the bed and pillows were.
Negatives:
Checking in with the front desk, she was kind. But when we arrived to the room we noticed there were no blanket provided and not enough towels for a 2.5 day stay. I went down stairs requesting the front desk (lady with green highlights) for towels and blankets and the front desk provider gave me attitude and replied "that requires me to go to the laundry room to grab that for you". I replied "I can wait here ". The front desk servicer came back and made sure to give me the thin blankets versus the fleeced ones she had by correcting me to grab the thin ones.
In the hotel, the media stand and night stand need to be updated. The paint was all scratched from top to bottom. The room smelled off and it was very humid inside. The hand soap provided was already opened and used. The vinyl floors were not mopped/clean as there were brown stains closer to the bed and sink.
