Positives: Friendly helpful staff. Except for final day that workers were on strike. Inside staff at checkout did not seem as knowledgeable or efficient as previously at check in.

Negatives: Bed/mattress & linens were very comfortable, however pillows were not. Air unit was quite loud & ran a lot even tho temp was not set that low.
