Positives: Well they didn’t have the room that I booked on online at the property available, so they sent me to the Hyatt Place next-door saying that they had the kind of room I wanted. Upon arrival to the Hyatt place, I was told they didn’t have the kind of room. I wanted it either so I had to settle for what they gave me, which was nothing like I wanted.
