The checkin person was nice. They did provide the extra towels and pillows we requested. The room was clean.

With tax this room was over $500 for a basic room in a strip mall setting....way overpriced for the accommodation. I have stayed at other Embassy Suites so expected more. It is far away from the main town, definitely not walking distance. The hotel looks out at a strip mall. The view from our room was run down landscaping, dirt and a parking lot. The beds were fine, but the couch was unsittable...completely rock hard. The toilet was extremely low. The breakfast was subpar with the bacon sitting in a vat of grease: completely unappetizing. By 9am they were out of a lot of items even though they advertised as open till 10AM.

There was spots on the couches looked like semin or body fluids. The bed comforter had stains as well. Was moved to another where it smelled like dogs. We came home sick and allergy from the dirty room.
