The room was spacious and gorgeous

The bed was a bit dirty and too soft

Room was smelly. Bed makes cracking sound with the mattress on top of 4 raisers. Also bed was soft and lumpy. Window gets stuck and couldnt opened more than an inch. Staff claims full vacancy and refused us a request to change a room.

Its was very dirty, foul odors on carpet they allow pets and there was old dried feces under the bed. It was reported to the front desk and nothing was done about it. Breakfast meats were old and reheated.
