Positives: They charged me even though I prepaid I checked out same night someone there used my credit card info and checked me back in even though I wasn't present. I complained they apologized but two days later another charge on my credit card from them.
Negatives: I had to cancel that card and get another one. The front desk are rude. The manager is not thourough. Rude. And obviously has no control over his staff. How does this happen. The person has to be present in order to check in. I wasn't there

Negatives: Yes that their staff confirmed that my reservation was cancelled and a refund was completed. The next day I was told that their employee should not have processed the refund, leaving me now unable to use the room that I paid for.
