Positives: The room (although the jacuzzi was broken) was nice. And the food at the hotel was really good, both the snacks we had at the pool and the breakfast.

Negatives: As I mentioned earlier, we had a room with a jacuzzi that wasn't working. Although they tried to fix it, it appears that the pump was broken so needed more fixing. We opted not to change rooms and ended up not paying the additional fee for the upgraded room.
