Positives: Good location, short walk to town. Our room was spotless clean, very comfortable bed and linens. A great spa tub!

Negatives: Our room appeared not finished with renovation. A table and closet were unfinished wood. The shower faucet was loose and not working. We traveled with my sister and she has a room upstairs which was upstairs, completely finished, and very nice.

Positives: The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was nice to have, the location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and coffee

Negatives: It was extremely loud, with people yelling on the stairs and in the parking lot all night with seemingly no intervention by the Inn and cars doing burnouts at 2 in the morning in the street. The parking lot was very small. Also, the bed frames are made of metal and make weird popping sounds when you roll over during sleep and when you walk past it on the floor.

Positives: I recently had a delightful stay at Heavenly Inn and Suites with my loyal companion, Athena. We booked the king suite, which featured a fantastic hot tub. As soon as we arrived, the spacious hot tub caught my eye, and I loved unwinding in it while soaking in the beautiful Lake Tahoe ambiance. Although the bed left a bit to be desired in terms of comfort, it was still acceptable given the price point. One downside was the additional fees for late checkout, and the pet fee structure based on weight—$35 for pets under 50 pounds and $50 for those over. Despite these minor drawbacks, my overall experience was wonderful, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
