Someone had a dog in 1 of the rooms on the floor I stayed on & the dog barked on & off through the night & I woke up at 630am to the dog barking. Didn't get very much sleep that night. I couldn't even call down to the desk cuz the phone didn't work & I wasn't gonna go down to the front desk in my night gown

My remote for my television didn't work for my television, and I had to Be moved to another room.
I had already unpacked all my stuff
So I lost almost two hours moving everything to another room after staff not being able to fix or replace my television remote.

Location. Lobby area was nice. Quick n easy check-in and check-out process. Restaurants n gas stations within walking distance.
Negatives:
Breakfast was ok but could have been great if they restocked the coffee n food items. 6:00-9:00 but we went at 8:20 and coffee was out, scrambled eggs were lukewarm, etc….
Pillows probably need to be changed.
Housekeeping should definitely check behind the nightstands. Crumbs n trash when I went to plug in the alarm n charging station.

Seedy common areas (corridors, etc.), not working laundry, staff first thing claiming they are full, but then having no problem to give another room when the originally allocated was actually occupied; all night pleasure moans heard from neighboring room giving the impression someone was using the room to make a living (this could be our bad luck); highway close by making it in general noisy location
