This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life.
Negatives:
There was nothing that I liked about this place except leaving. The bathroom had a fan that sounded like a jet engine. The coffee maker cut fire. The phone didn’t work. The staff were rude. The breakfast wasn’t replenished so when we went to eat At 8:30 there was nothing left.

If there wasn’t so much homeless people there we walked in and there was a man sitting in the lobby, drinking a beer, bunch of homeless people sitting outside by our cars and stuff Saturday night we Got another night and all we hear was a bunch of people in the parking lot partying and music loud and I’ll never stay there again

I appreciated the location for our family and that the hotel offered a breakfast.
Negatives:
I booked here because the name is usually reputable. However, it wasn't much more than what a Motel from the 80's would have offered. The shower had a moldy shower curtain, mold on the ceiling, and a legit pubic hair in the sheets. My daughter's room had a smell of a room that had previously been smoked in but was trying to be covered up. I mean it was very fiiiiine. But I don't think the rate was anything super cheap, I mean it wasn't expensive at all, but I would have rather spent a little bit more money and got something nicer. I won't be staying here again.

First night the first room had an overwhelming smell of amona and mold. Second room had no bedding (and house keeping was not available to assist). Third room had mold growing up the wall. Room 4 was acceptable.
Then when I was out of the room on the second day (thursday) with no notice they changed the lock on the room and locked me out! They did not change all room locks (only random ones)

We booked two rooms, one for my grandparents one for us (a family with a 7 year old a 9 year old and a baby) Our room smelled like animal urine, so bad from the moment we opened the door & they would not switch us rooms. Nobody was ever at the front desk to deal with issues and the one time that they were they literally solved nothing for us. We left our window open and left for a few hours hoping the smell would subside-which it did not. Everything that touched the floor in our room also smells like urine now as well. Breakfast was completely empty when we got there the next morning. We were in the cafeteria area (which is super small and crammed) for an hour, nothing was ever refilled. The only things that there were (that were full) was the waffles and cereal. The hot food was never refilled as we heard several other people complaining as well. Our room was on the third floor, no screen on the windows. Not a welcoming vacation environment at all. No vending machines, I realize this review sounds bad but really this hotel was awful. There was a pile of like 25 keys at the front desk at checkout nobody (STILL) was at the front desk even for checkouts. Rooms are gloomy and dark, outdated everything. This place needs help.
They also make you sign saying they can charge you $275 for a cleaning deposit, which I realize all places do but $275????? For this place especially?! The room was nauseating.
