Nice, spacious and clean hotel room. Good location, just off sunset boulevard. Rooftop pool with good views of the city. Helpful friendly staff. Also, check out was 12 which was a bonus.
Negatives:
There were no seats for the balcony which would have been nice. We could also hear whoever was above us quite clearly when they were moving around which at night wasn’t ideal. Other than that there wasn’t really any negatives. It’s a nice hotel, in a nice bit of the city.

The staff at the Montrose went above and beyond to ensure I had an excellent stay. They were friendly, generous and helpful, from providing complimentary wine to sharing a printout with nearby restaurant recommendations. The rooftop is pretty incredible, too!
Negatives:
The mattress was a little limp and bumpy,, but it got the job done.
