Positives:
The rooms are always very clean. We love the sofa bed and the kitchen. The staff was amazing even through a global IT outage. They were super friendly and worked hard. Guests were not upset even with the one computer working. Also the breakfast is great and we enjoyed that time with family. Pool area was also super nice. Traveled with 9 people and we all enjoyed the rooms and the pool.
Negatives:
One thing I was not happy about was only 2 towels in our room. I think 4 should be standard and our conditioner and hand lotion were empty. We didn't call to request more as we got in late from a ball game to shower etc so I still rate the place 10/10.

I found a broken fake nail on the sofa bed. We waited 45minutes for our room to be ready when we checked in. The checking process is slow. The manager was trying to get into our room because she was trying to check other people in. She fogot that the room was already occupied. The pool is small.
