Positives: The hotel was well located and very well kept. All employees that I encountered were very polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Negatives: I had to change rooms after one night due to the noise level, not road noise but coming from the A/C system. Unfortunately, I encountered the same noise issue with the second room even though it was on a different floor. I had two very poor nights of sleep.

Positives: We were visiting Flowers Vineyard for a member-only event the next morning, so the location of Hampton Inn & Suites was perfect. The check-in clerk was friendly and welcoming. I appreciated that they don't charge extra for parking. The room was spacious and clean. It was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast lasted until 10am.
Negatives: My only negative is that if you advertise that breakfast lasts until 10 am, then items should be available until 10am. We went down at 9:45 and things were already starting to be put away.
