The breakfast was satisfactory, and the dining hall staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness, kindness, and courtesy. The omelets were particularly noteworthy.
Negatives:
The air conditioning system in the room was not functioning properly. We reported the issue to the hotel management, and they sent a maintenance person to inspect the unit. However, the maintenance person was unable to identify the source of the problem. As a temporary solution, we requested a box fan, which provided some relief from the lack of air conditioning. We were informed that we were not the only guests who had complained about this issue.
Another concern was the extremely small size of the bathroom, which could have been more spacious for greater comfort.
The rooms are somewhat outdated and could benefit from a few upgrades, such as repairing the cracks in the ceilings and replacing the worn-out mattresses. Despite these issues, we generally enjoyed our stay and would consider returning if these minor issues were addressed.

Embassy has always been one of my favorites. Big rooms, great service and we really enjoy the breakfast.

Two of the elevators were broken. I understand it happens but that out all guests using two elevators. Our room was also at the end closest to I-25 and the traffic noise was bad. Sounded like the windows were open.
