Some of the staff was very nice. The property was close enough to ball arena and the breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The keys didn’t always work, some staff weren’t very friendly and it was really hot in my room until it finally cooled down in the middle of the night. I absolutely hated the smell of whatever air freshener or cleaner is used!

Front counter staff were not knowledgeable on transportation, there was nothing in the room with surrounding places, on arrival it took a moment for checking counter to acknowledge me, wasn't very greeting and then on departure the front clerk guy was on a personal phone call and ibwaited for a few minutes to checkout, but he never acknowledged me to say just va minute I'll be right with you. I just left. The breakfast was decent, but strangely this is the first breakfast that potatoes were not served, bummer.

My room was very big. The hotel was 0.5 miles from the convention center and no so far from the downtown city center. I really like the breakfast diversity.
