Positives:
Front desk help, lobby comfort with cold water during heat wave, proximity to rail and venues. Room was gorgeous and comfortable.
Negatives:
Unreliable housekeeping and some safety concerns with the housekeeping staff. Services were not available: concierge, car service, restaurant closed, limited room service.

Positives:
It was our second stay in this hotel. The location is central. I love the interior of the rooms. The beds are super comfortable. It's a great place to be.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, the attached restaurant was closed during our stay. But they had a top alternative in-house breakfast organized, and there are plenty fantastic restaurants around the corner.
