Staff was very friendly & accommodating. The location is awesome if you’re doing anything at Coors Field…it couldn’t be more convenient, great views & the pool was also great!

We came for the weekend and despite the fact there were multiple large events going on they didn’t have the rooftop bar staffed at all. It was 84 and there were about 20 people using the pool begging for drinks.

It being right next to Coors Field and five minutes from Union Station. It was very clean and the staff extremely friendly.
Negatives:
I wish there was a guest laundry service with washing machines and driers like you can find at some places. The laundry service was excellent; prompt, efficient, beautifully done but a little expensive when a quick wash and dry would have sufficed.
