Positives:
First of all I paid for the room and had no idea there was a 100$ deposit but paid it anyway. Then the whole time I was there the staff kept knocking on the door and walking in saying that they didnt know the room was booked!! Then when i went to check out and get my deposit, the night staff said that they didnt have anyone to access the safe where the money was and couldnt get me my deposit and that i had to get it in the morning and when i said that was not possible she said that i wasnt even registered as a guest there but thank God i had saved all the receipts and showed her them and thats when she finally looked in the cash register and gave me back my 100$!!! I cant believe I had to go through that she made me feel like i was a crook trying to get over on her, which says alot about what kind of people usually stay there that she is used to dealing with!! Bad all around i would never stay there again even if there was a low cost on the room!!
