The overnight audit guy was very helpful and helped me get my refund back quickly

I didi not like anything about this hotel. The rooms were dirty ,the pool was slimly and the rooms smelled bad . This hotel was a shelter for the homeless. I felt very unsafe .

I asked to please give me a room Not around anyone they charged me an extra $30.00 and it had to be cash.The room was dirty,stains on the pillow cases. The first night was ok, the 2nd night they put someone next to me that sounded like UFC fighting.Bad

The room are unhygienic. There were blood stains on the mattress. We asked for room service twice to clean the room but it was denied both times stating short staff. The bathroom door was squeaky and couldnt lock. I could smell piss walking from the corridor
