Positives:
Booked trip because of family members terminal illness. Within 1 hour of booking rec'd call he had passed. Called, emailed Booking.Com to cancel no response to date and called front desk which told me nothing they could do. Since nonrefundable went to Clarion/Hamden absolutely uninhabitable!!!! Besides the fact that it is a Section 8 Housing facility. You should be ashamed!!!
Negatives:
This place is for Section 8 short stay people without homes. Filthy, smelly, seedy characters barbequing in the parking lot. This Company Booking.Com and Clarion made an unfathomable situation worse (if that is at all possible). Absolutely discussed. Will make sure to go on any and all social media to advise others, so to spare them being put in this highly unsafe and unfavorable conditions.
