Positives:
Breakfast was nice. Healthy choices like whole wheat bread, fruit and yogurt.
Negatives:
TV mostly never worked. When staff or I finally got it to stay on a channel it was the only channel I could get. Then it would randomly turn off in the middle of a show. The last day of my stay I fiddled with it for 40 mins and finally got it working so that it stayed on a channel and allowed me to switch to another. Staff said hotel just switched to DISH. Places in the room were not very clean. Old ground-in dirt on phone, microwave, bathroom mirror, hair dryer, etc. Dust and dirt on top of fridge, desk etc. I cleaned it myself.

All of the statements aboveThe location was terrible, the food was standard quality. There were either homeless people or section 8 people there at the hotel and in the breakfast area stocking up on food for the day. The whole experience made our family very uncomfortable.
The room was clean, the bathroom shower had mildew all around, there was a penis drawn on the wall next to the bed.
My son-in-law also found the room much cheaper on another website, which irritated us even further. How this particular hotel got a high rating is beyond me.
