Negatives: The display and advertising is a not reality. My king size room with whirl pool was in a basement. No elevator. No breakfast as advertised. He refused to cancel my reservation upon learning that they did not have advertised amenities. The clerk was very dismissive. Insufficient supplies. Just a nightmare . I left very early the following day.
