Front desk staff Sam is very nice and professional how she handle customers . My first room had cleaning issues and concerns. I was put into another room, but that room had roaches and smelled like cigarettes!!!

I stayed October 29th to November 3rd, 2023. This stay was a BAD! Roaches, fleas from pets, Never No Clean towels or wash clothes or kitchen supplies available!Front desk staff my room couldn't be clean, the policy is every 2 weeks! The place is DIRTY!!

Kitchen,but no dishes,cups,utensils etc unless requested. Just odd. No sheer curtains,so only option was total darkness. Felt a bit like a welfare hotel, which is fine but unexpected. Pathetic breakfast offerings.

The smell of cigarette and musk and the fact that the bed sheets and tepals smelled like it as well. Also the bathroom had one of the floors filled with water underneath the flooring when we it was stepped on.

had to have our key cards recoded almost daily. Didnt work at some entrances to hotel. Rooms should have been set up with a dish pack,toaster and coffee pot,had to ask for all. toilet paper shortage. need a better breakfast grab/go. Terrible dry muffins.

The rooms were fine and clean and spacious enough to feel comfortable in it.
Negatives:
The complimentary breakfast was simply a joke! A removable coffee bar with a bunch of wrapped muffins (they looked a little dated) summoned it up. No place to sit down.
