One woman In reception never said good morning or received us with a hello or how was you day , she was in the phone all the time and in the room a empty bottle was under the dresser the 5 nights we were there, they never clean under.

The room is a good size and I love the location. It is a really pretty walk around the neighbourhood, and easy to get into the main centre. Some of the staff were excellent and super helpful.
Negatives:
The rooms are older a bit tired. Some of the staff were completely uninterested in helping, thankfully there were some excellent staff to balance the scales.

Room size was great. The reception staff was really patient too, I was having some issues with my card since it flagged the transaction as fraudulent and I had to take so much time to settle things over the phone with my bank but they patiently waited things out.

The room is not as clean as we'd like it to be, and the location was a little far from the tourist attractions, but over-all ok.

Nothing was available amenities wise and they had a fire drill that was supposedly real but once we rushed to the bottom no one had moved and they made us freak out for nothing. The hotel cleaning came in our room while we were gone without our permission.
