the hotel took a deposit (deposit 150 USD) and still hasn't returned it, 12 days have passed. The hotel has not returned the deposit yet. ignores my messages, doesn't respond and doesn't send confirmation of the deposit refund at the bank's request RRN code . bank requested. hotel ignores my request to send RRN code.
