The helpful staff upon entering the building, they were extremely helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble for them.
Negatives:
In all inclusive breakfast, the first encounter with the main staff person was not impressive at all, the choices for the all exclusive breakfast were terrible I was shocked to be told I could only choose a tea or juice not both.
On our second visit to the dining room for breakfast was the same food wise but the manager came and apologised for our experience the day prior, he was very pleasant and took our first breakfast off our bill as a credit very much appreciated.

Enjoyable and interesting with all...
Positives:
Great location, surrounded by restaurants and easy distance to museums. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Would have been nice to have two chairs in the room (has one chair and an ottoman that can be used by second person).
Negatives:
We had plans to check out the cool bar downstairs, but were disappointed to learn that it was closed for a private event on Saturday night. I'm not aware of prevailing prices for DC hotels, but it felt slightly overpriced for a weekend stay.
