Negatives: Housekeeping did not clean out fridge items left by previous guests

Negatives: - The bed was not comfortable. It was too soft for me and I had back pain after my stay. - The cleanliness is questionable. A chair in my room had eyelash extensions on it from a previous occupancy. It was never cleaned throughout my full stay which lasted more than a week. Also, in the bathroom, the wall next to the toilet looked stained as if it had some liquid poured on it. I don't want to know what that liquid is, given its location. But it didn't seem very clean to me. - They charged my card 500 dollars upon my arrival as some kind of insurance, which is a lot, but okay, they said I won't be charged and will get them back upon check out (unless I spend some money and charge it to my room, then that would be deducted). After my return home, I found that they charged me $49 and I'm pretty sure they shouldn't have. Now I'm trying to chase them to charge the money back but it's difficult to reach them, and calling their number and talking to the receptionist or whoever answers the phone was useless as they said they'd transfer me to the Finance department, but the call went to voicemail and was dropped afterwards.

Negatives: Staff could have been more attentive. Sometimes the cleaning staff came Late in the afternoon and didn’t always do a thorough job ie didn’t restock the coffee and milk or take away rubbish in rubbish bin.

Negatives: We paid $325 online for breakfast, but I made the mistake of not read the reservation confirmation when I did it. When we arrived at the hotel, they said there was not breakfast included. I read the confirmation in my email, in that moment..... This said no meals included. The hotel said.... The restaurant is not part of the hotel and we can't do anything . We lost $325 because booking and the hotel don't want to answer for the extra money I paid
