We got there on Sunday Dec 8 at 3pm to check in just to be told there was no record of us in their system, and they were fully sold out. After sending me a confirmation on Dec 7 !!! We spent 2 hours in their lobby trying to find alternate accommodation. I am not impressed, and will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau tomorrow, and will from now on stick with Expedia and other more reliable services.

I stayed at this hotel in December, and the staff is super friendly and kind. I paid for the included breakfast package, which could have been better. I mean, the food itself was good, but you had only one choice: if you wanted another thing from the menu, you had to pay for it; the coffee machine was broken on all of the days I stayed, that is something I don't understand for a hotel.
