Negatives: They checked me into a room that didn't even have a bed. They then changed my room to a conference room with a temporary bed.

Negatives: They gave me a room that was not ready at check-in.

Negatives: Entrance was confusing. Followed Goggle and ended up at the T street entrance. No signs or other indicators that this was not the primary entrance. Also parking price for guests was prohibitive!

Negatives: Adding fees after payment without explanation. Not showing fees beforehand

Negatives: Your hotel is not environmentally friendly. It uses a lot of plastics. For example, in water coolers in the conference area, replace plastic cups with paper cup and the disposable cutlery when buying food in the lobby is not compostable. There should not be small plastic bottles in the bathroom. A lot of improvements are needed to make your hotel reduce its carbon footprint.

Negatives: You added incidentals and said sometime in the next 10 days it would be received but could not provide any documentation. Only that I had to trust them that 75.00 would not be added to the bill

Negatives: Please make it cheaper instead of the high taxes like 20 Dollars more 10 dollars more and instead of 100 deposit 60 and get back 30 instead please inflation is crazy

Negatives: Hair in sheets. Thin walls, group next door partying being very loud. Unexpected extra charge of $28 not listed here on booking.com

Negatives: "Disappointing and Outdated – Washington DC Hilton Fails to Deliver on Every Front!" My recent stay at the Washington DC Hilton was, to put it mildly, a nightmare. As a Hilton Honors Gold member, I expected a level of service and quality that just wasn’t there. The staff was incredibly rude, offering no assistance whatsoever when I arrived, despite clearly struggling with my 150-pound luggage. I had to drag it myself through the lobby, with not a single staff member even acknowledging my presence. I’ve come to expect a certain standard of service from Hilton, but this hotel fell shockingly short. Upon check-in, things only got worse. Despite my status, none of the benefits associated with being a Gold member were applied. I had specifically requested an upgrade to a room with a city view, but instead, I was given a room facing a noisy construction site. When I inquired about this, the front desk informed me that because I’d opted for early check-in (which cost me an additional $50), inventory was limited from the previous night. If inventory was so limited, then why offer the early check-in option at all? The lack of transparency and unwillingness to accommodate a loyal customer left me frustrated and disappointed. Facilities and Cleanliness – Straight Out of the '80s (And Not in a Good Way!) The entire hotel felt like it was stuck in a time warp. The decor is reminiscent of the early 1980s and hasn’t been updated since. In fact, it feels like time has stood still since Reagan was shot here. The carpets in my room were absolutely filthy, with visible stains and an unpleasant odor that permeated the entire space. I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was staying in an unkempt, outdated relic rather than a prestigious Hilton property. I’d rate cleanliness as abysmal, and facilities weren’t much better – everything from the furniture to the fixtures seemed worn and poorly maintained.
