Positives:
Pool provided a welcome respite from the summer heat. Buffet breakfast was plentiful.
Close to bars and restaurants and short walk to the metro.
Negatives:
Staff at main desk, breakfast and bar seemed very demotivated. Seemed to lack initiative eg took several times of asking to get a bowl for cereal at breakfast whilst the person just carried on doing other things. Bar staff slow to serve though doing nothing. front desk at check-in could not find our reservation,eventually called manager who resolved but misinformed us on the timing of when you cans spend the USD20 hotel credit. Only team that seemed to know their stuff was the concierge who were proactive and helpful.

The breakfast was good
Negatives:
The receptionist at the breakfast lounge front desk was terrible, not good customer service. Room is too small and we can hear the other rooms noise.
We check in late due to traveling out of state and we check out on time. But when I received my receipt it said there that we check out around 5:47pm which is not true, if we only knew we can only stay that late we could have check out late since we check in around 11PM. We even ask the front desk if we can check out late but she said NO. We did not enjoy our stay here.
