I was contacted and told there was a room ready before check-in and that I could show up and check in. The person behind the counter started barking at me about when check-in was. Didn’t even check to see if I had a room would not let me check inwhen I showed her the notice I received. She still kept barking at me about when check-in was and there wasn’t a room available extremely rude. I left and went somewhere else.

The elevators were very slow. Only the 3rd and 5th floor ice makers were working. The air conditioners on each end of the 6th hallway were so loud that not only could you hear them before getting off the elevator, I could hear it while in my room with the tv on. Lastly, although they have a nice size pool with slides, the tile inside the pool needs some work.

The front desk staff was the most unpleasant and unprofessional I’ve ever seen. We are 80 years old, we arrived at 2pm but couldn’t check in until 3 unless we paid $20 more for early checkin. We had to wait in the unfit lobby for an hour. The next morning the two front desk staff were publicly arguing over a missing $200. They didn’t seem to care what if we heard them.
