Positives:
The front desk staff and the man who was walking around the front assisting guests were phenomenal. The housekeeping staff was amazing as well. However, I wasn't even able to enjoy the beach club, as the experience was less than pleasant. The very first experience left a lot to be desired, with the lack of respect, that I preferred not to return. I was given chairs to sit on, which was nice. When I went to order food we asked for water and some menus. The man behind the bar was complaining that he gave in his notice that he was leaving, but they asked him to work today (Saturday) to train the younger staff. He never brought water. About 5 minutes later a friend of his came in to whom he explained he was leaving and this was his last day or weekend, still no water. We got up and said we were leaving, to which he replied ok and took the menus. I said interesting how you came back quickly for the menus but couldn't get the water. He said yeah whatever. There weren't many activities going on in the hotel so I really didn't spend much time there. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, along with the pillows. There was no caffeinated coffee and the cream was bad, which I didn't notice until the morning, but the staff was quick to bring it to the room. Overall, and though the front desk, and transportation crew were great, I would not stay here again as that is not enough to make the experience a great, or even mediocre, one.
Negatives:
There could have been more to do, there could have been friendlier staff at the beach club, the beds could be more comfortable.
