Positives: The property was beautiful for a new build layout. Everything was great however a lot of things did not work. The key card kept locking us out so we kept having to go downstairs to get re-keyed. It was very frustrating because our room was on 51st floor and we had to keep going downstairs. The lobby manager wasn’t very professional, and had no compassion for our inconvenience being locked out our room caused us. After the 3rd time going all the way downstairs to be keys the manager all of a sudden wants to check our ID which was in the room we were locked out of! The lights in the master bedroom did not work nor did the TV in that room. I understand they have a lot of growing to go since it’s a new hotel but they really need to step their game up for the prices they cost.

Negatives: Food was very expensive $25 dollars for a burger. $200 plus for 3 people to get cocktails at the bar!
