Positives:
These are scammers. Not only that, they didn't check us in - without a bank card. But at the same time, they wrote off a double payment (we are now talking about this with the bank, he promises to figure it out). Moreover, they refused to refund the money and we could end up on the street because of them. At the same time, the hotel is half-empty, there is noise from construction around. A manager works at the reception - he communicates rudely, does not delve into your problems at all and does not want to help.
