We liked the location of the property from the airport to hotel to cruise port

We arrived at the property before midnight and had to wait in the lobby approximately 45 minutes to get into our rooms because of the computer system being down.
After a very long day of traveling and waiting to get a room I pulled back the sheet to get in the bed and noticed the sheet was stained. Had to get a clean sheet.
Our second room had roaches. My family member was awaken to a roach crawling on his neck. He also saw one run under his luggage. This property has a bug infestation. It also has issues with cleanliness.
