We loved the breakfast and the size of our room. The room was clean and spacious. It is near the Hard Rock Live where we were attending a concert, so location was very important to us. It has available parking.
Negatives:
We didn't liked the area where it was because it seemed like it wasn't so safe. We ordered Uber Eats around midnight and the lobby's front door was closed so it seemed like it wasn't that safe. Even though, we felt safe at the hotel.

House keeping was lovely. Rooms were clean and kept clean throughout my stay. Breakfast was ok standard Hampton style. Gym was great.

Having stayed in a really good Hampton in Tampa before arriving I held fairly high expectations for this one.
Location is awful, loads of homeless people around stemming from the central bus station across the road. I got heckled every time I came & went from the hotel. It was horrible. I did not feel safe.
Section under important information on booking website states $50 on arrival for incidentals. Does not state $50 per night. This was very misleading. So they wanted $250 to hold from me. After paying it I realised it had taken half of my budget. I spoke with a manger who dropped the charge. I appreciated this but can also see it still has not been amended to state per night in the website.
Pool area was grubby used towels, plastic cups everywhere. I only used the pool once.
Reception staff were not unfriendly but at the same time not friendly. You could tell they really didn't want to be there.
Plus las olas is a 15 minute walk away. Don't be fooled to think it is central.
Overall experience, I would not recommend!
