The front desk staff had my identification for 3 days, I didn’t realize it. They didn’t notify me until after I had returned home… in another state. The was no procedure to return my identification expeditiously

The breakfast wasn't great they were running out of everything an hour after they started, the front desk guy had an attitude when you asked for anything, tall thin balding guy, the night before we checked in with another guy who was very nice, cheerful told me he was just having a bad day but I guess he was having another bad day the next morning too.

I asked for a room in the back of the hotel AWAY FROM 75 , I didn't Get It. The man gave me room 106 Right out front of I-75. Noise from the Highway was intolerable. The $1.97 Blind in the Window was Broken & It DID NOT FILTER OUT ANY Of The Bright lights Shining in the Room. It was like sleeping with the Sun Shining in Your Room. I checked out Early at 6am & There was NOBODY AT THE FRONT DESK . I Waited 30 Minutes for someone to show up--- But No One Did. Not a Very Good Stay this Time.

Room was filthy, breakfasr buffet was awful when compared to other Wyndham properties, took clerk 45 mins to check me in as he said I didn't have a reservation also now home I've checked my credit card and they double charged me. will never stay there again and will spread the word.
