Room wasn't clean when I first got there. The staff gave me a new room but it was annoying and stressful. Didn't trust their cleaning process smh. Should have went with the full refund. I had no where else to go during the holiday weekend with pricing . For over $100+/ night wasn't worth it to me. They did call me and try to make things right only AFTER I checked out. Lots of apologies but wish they were on top of it

Good hotel, helpful personnel, free parking.
Negatives:
The room was for 4 persons and the extendable couch was not prepared when we arrived. We asked the clerk to arrange this and he replied that he is alone and he can't leave his desk. Eventually he brought in the room the bed linen but we had to extend the couch and prepare the bedding ourselves. Breakfast is poor and the same every day, very small place for the breakfast buffet, we had to wait standing until some place was free.
