Please do yourself and family a favor and disregard this place!! ESPECIALLY if you have kids!!
We are not the people to complain we hate doing that BUT this was plain DISGUSTING!!

This was a last minute emergency booking. We checked in around 11pm. There was only one elevator working and it was EXTREMELY slow!!
We were EXHAUSTED!! We layed our toddlers down since they were sleeping had dinner and stayed watching tv for about 15 mins or so; I decided to stand up and fluff my bed when I looked down there was a roach!! I’m not sure if it came from my bed!! We there was another one on the floor and on the wall as well! We killed them and we’re extremely exhausted we decided to jst let it go since it was already super late and out kids were KO! Decided to shower in the morning and OMG!! It was the most disgusting shower head I had ever seen in my life!! After that we all rinsed out super fast and were in a rush to get out of there!! When using the bathroom I saw two extra roaches!!
I decided to pull the sheets up around 3am because I was cold and they smelled like WEED!! My husband and I each sleep with one of our kids!!
Once my husband opened the blinds we saw there was MOLD all over the place!!
Manager said they would FUll refund and we left once on the road they called and said only 50 I couldn’t go back because we were exhausted after being in Orlando for a whole week and decided to stay that extra night. Mind you were were 10 hours away from home so we were not trying to drive back.
We’ve stayed at many hotels though booking from different price and rating ranges and had never had an issue until 8/3!!
The thing that got me HEATEDDDD!! That I didn’t see and my husband didn't mention to me until we were already in the car and on the road was that there was a PILL in the bathroom!! If that’s something that’s in his plain eyesight what makes them think a toddler couldn’t get too!! I am disgusted and furious with this place!! What if my kids would’ve gotten ahold of it?!?!
