Convenient location for areas that I need to visit in Jacksonville

My room floor was dirty the mop water it had to be from the dirty mop water. Also, the doors leading to the back. We're out of service and lock a safety hazard and an inconvenience to have to walk around the building when you have to park.

Coffee maker had old grounds in it..no comp water.. overnight front desk made me feel like I was bother him..phone didn't work in room

The location being right off the highway

The rooms were pretty dirty and smelled of mildew. There are water stains on all the ceilings. The bathroom was not properly cleaned in what I am sure was a long time. Tons of buildup on the tub/floors and doors.

It was very nice and clean and the staff was very nice.

It was very close to where we needed to be and there were plenty of places nearby for shopping, which was convenient.
Negatives:
I took my children for spring break and requested adjoining rooms. My children were down the hall, and their room adjoined another room BUT NOT MY ROOM. This was a concern for the entire trip. The staff did not see it as a problem.

Location! Next to a nice resturant with Soul food>

It was not as nice as its rating indicated. Breakfast was LACKING!
