If you do not check in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and do not alert the hotel in advance, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation and you may be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Negatives: There was no wifi. It was a business trip. I needed wifi. Hotel promised wifi and did not provide wifi. AC would not keep the room cool without blowing very cold ait directly on me.

Positives: The breakfast voucher was great for a little shop very close to our room. The food was exceptional. The young man at the front desk during the day and the lady at night were exceptional. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and eager to assist. They are an asset to your team.

Negatives: It couldve been a little cleaner. Very musty smell in the room. There was a water leak running across the threshold of the bathroom. I think it was coming from the fridge. The young man at the desk said he would notify maintenance. I hope it got fixed so no one falls.
