Meliá Orlando is a full-service Walt Disney World Good Neighbor® hotel located in the town of Celebration originally developed by The Walt Disney Company, only 2.5 mi from Walt Disney World® Free Shuttle is provided for all guests to and from the major surrounding theme parks and water parks: Universal Orlando™ just 12 miles away, SeaWorld Orlando™ 10 miles away and Walt Disney World ® Each suite features A full-size kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher and microwave. As well as a living room with 50-inch flatscreen Cable TV, dining table and a queen size sofa sleeper in addition to a private balcony. A laundry room with washers and dryers are available for guest use on each building of the hotel. The Meliá Orlando offers a wide and varied activities program, designed for all ages and tastes. Featuring indoor and outdoor activities, games and experiences for the young, and the young at heart so that adult guests have time to lounge by the relaxing pool while the kids have fun. An on-site restaurant and bar with poolside service is provided serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The café area at The Wilson proudly serves Starbucks® coffee. Meliá guests enjoy free full access and usage of the 3-story, 40,000 sq. foot gym at the AdventHealth Wellness Center Celebration located next door to the property. On-site, guests may also feel the energy of instructor-led studio lessons and rides with the Immersive Cardio on their Peloton Bike and Mirror workout spaces available to rent for private sessions. The property is dog friendly and has a dog park on-site to accommodate pet owners while on vacation. All Guests have free access to a daily cocktail hour to enjoy free drinks Welcome Refreshments and snacks in rooms included Ice Skating Ring will be fully operational from October 20th until December 31st.

Really nice staff, as it wasn’t that full we got an upgrade to a family room. Spacious and huge bathroom, good pool area and groceries nearby in case you want to cook yourself.
Negatives:
A lot of rooms, including ours, are directly above the pool area and restaurant, bar. Music from these areas are from 7:00 to 22:00, so if you are sensitive to noise, use earplugs. Some furniture needs a helping hand, or renovation.

We went there as guests and felt like we were leaving family. The staff was extremely friendly and so were the people. The pool and room was amazing.

Honestly there was nothing I didn’t like. The only thing which had nothing to do with the hotel was the nasty people that left their dirty diaper on the table

The pool, music, balcony, bar, bar-tender Frank. The walls looked like new. Free access to the Advent Health Celebration Fitness Center. Free happy-hour. Laundry room for guests to use, $3.00 per wash load, $3.00 per dryer.
Negatives:
Couch and furniture looked dated while the walls and floors looked brand new. While we were there I noticed large amounts of new linen and bedding arriving. I'm guessing they are on a rehab schedule.
